Radar Mechanics & TWS
You will use your radar effectively — manage scan volume, use TWS to track multiple targets, and transition to STT when needed without losing SA.
About this lesson
Most DCS pilots use their radar on defaults and hope for the best. Your tutor teaches you to manage scan zones, understand TWS behaviour, and make the radar work for your tactical picture instead of against it.
Why a human tutor? Radar is invisible until it fails. A tutor sets up scenarios where your scan pattern matters and coaches the habits that prevent lost contacts.
