Start this scenario
Open the SimTuts G1000 simulator and select “Build a flight plan” from the scenarios list to walk through it step-by-step on the simulated glass cockpit.

- Select the MFD.
The flight plan lives on the MFD, not the PFD.
- Turn the large FMS knob to reach the FPL (flight plan) page.
The large knob is your page selector whenever the cursor is not active.
- Add SUNOL, then MISON, to the flight plan.
Waypoints entered in order become the magenta route drawn on the map.
