Open the MFD flight plan page and enter two waypoints in sequence.

Opens the SimTuts G1000 simulator with “Build a flight plan” already running, so you can walk through it step-by-step on the simulated glass cockpit.

Select the MFD.
The flight plan lives on the MFD, not the PFD.
Reach the FPL (flight plan) page — press the FPL key, or walk to it with the FMS knob.
Large ring picks the group, small ring picks the page inside it — and the dedicated keys jump straight to the pages you use most.
Add SUNOL, then OYOSO, to the flight plan.
Waypoints entered in order become the magenta route drawn on the map — this pair is the published SUNOL transition into the Tracy RNAV approach.
